WHERE IS IT HAPPENING AND WHY THERE? The Housing Market is everywhere but the issue about it is the increase of prices and how people can't afford them. Most people's jobs are in Toronto and they need to move further away so that they can have a place to stay. The housing market may crash quicker than most anticipated because of how rapid the prices are rising, then everyone would be losing out on money. There are four main stakeholders involved in this, the buyers, the sellers, the realtors. The buyers are not able to buy homes, which is a huge problem for them since they need a place to stay. Even if they are able to afford the home it would be small and would need some work done. That would make pockets empty with no cash for people to spend on the important things in life like food and water. Without the buyers the sellers are in even more trouble. With the decline of buyers and more people leaning towards the condo and apartment life, the sellers have no where to go to. If they are selling the house to be able to move into another home than the house would have to be sold by the time they are supposed to move in or else, they'd be paying for two mortgages.
